Road <br /> connectivity, done poorly, could come with the cost of increased traffic, and detract from the rural feel of <br /> Rogers Road, which is one of the assets all neighbors valued. One resident, in a mapping activity, drew a <br /> bicyclist riding down Eubanks Road and "biking right on past our neighborhood;” this illustration <br /> showcased the desire of many residents' to keep the community feel of the neighborhood rather than <br /> add numbers of new outsiders using the land for recreation. For the most part, residents framed <br /> connectivity improvements as an if-then situation: if there were new development on the Greene tract <br /> area, then new road connections would be necessary so that Rogers Road doesn't become overburdened. <br /> 16 <br />
