The area consists of <br /> acres, distributed among the principal land use <br /> categories in the schematic plan as follows: <br /> Primary Development Area Acres <br /> Secondary Development Area <br /> Secondary <br /> Secondary II <br /> Open Space Area 285 Acres <br /> Rights-of-Way 100 Acres <br /> The district is characterized by widely scattered <br /> single-family residential development, consisting of <br /> • <br /> • v low-density subdivisions and a mobile home p ark.
