The composition of the <br /> Executive Committee shall be such that included among the members <br /> of the Executive Committee are: (a) that person who is then the <br /> chief executive officer of The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, <br /> (b) that person who is then the chief executive officer of the <br /> Durham Chamber of Commerce, Inc. , (c) at least one (1) of those <br /> Directors who is then the primary paid professional affiliated with <br /> the Economic Development Commission, Corporation or Office in one <br /> of the Northern Counties, and (d) at least one (1) of those <br /> Directors who is then the primary paid professional affiliated with <br /> the Economic Development Commission, Corporation or Office in one <br /> of the Southern Counties. <br /> Section 2. General Powers. The Executive Committee shall have <br /> and may exercise, in the interim between meetings of the Board of <br /> Directors, and except as otherwise provided in Section 9 of this <br /> Article, all the powers of the Board of Directors. <br /> Section 3 . Quorum. The presence of a majority of the members <br /> of the Executive Committee at a meeting duly assembled shall <br /> constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. <br /> Section 4.
