14 <br /> ex officio, with the right to vote, for so long as such person <br /> holds the office entitling such person to serve as a Director. <br /> The initial ten (10) designated Directors shall serve terms of <br /> two (2) years. At the conclusion of such two (2) year term five <br /> (5) of those Directors who are their successors shall be designated <br /> for a two (2) year term (with one (1) to be designated by the <br /> Economic Development Commission, Corporation or Office of each of <br /> the Northern Counties (and approved by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of such County if required by such Board) ) , and five <br /> (5) of those Directors who are their successors shall be designated <br /> for a one (1) year term (with one (1) to be designated by the <br /> Economic Development Commission, Corporation or Office of each of <br /> the Northern Counties (and approved by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of such County if required by such Board) ) . <br /> Thereafter, Directors shall be designated to serve two (2) year <br /> terms, with the Economic Development Commission, Corporation or <br /> Office of each Northern County being entitled to designate <br /> Directors (subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners <br /> of such County if required by such Board) to succeed to its <br /> previously designated Directors vacating office. <br /> (d) Southern Counties. The Southern Counties shall be <br /> represented by up to fifteen (15) Directors, to be selected as <br /> follows: Each of the Southern Counties shall be represented by <br /> three (3) Directors.
