S. 153A-40(a) requires the Board of County <br /> Commissioners to fix the time and place of its regular meetings. Night <br /> Court will begin on November 14 and continue every Monday evening. The <br /> Quarterly Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 28. The Chair <br /> recommends that this meeting date be changed to Wednesday, November 30. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : The County Manager recommends that the Board approve <br /> changing the date of their regular November Quarterly Public Hearing to <br /> Wednesday, November 30, 1994. <br />
