Installation of <br /> landscaping must be inspected and approved by the Planning and Inspections <br /> Department. <br /> If the Final Plat is to be recorded prior to installation of landscaping, then the <br /> applicant shall secure landscape requirement installation and preservation through a <br /> letter of credit, escrow agreement, or bond.
