Initial <br /> correspondence from NCDOT indicated that the aprons of the <br /> private roads within the dedicated right-of-way must be <br /> paved. However this requirement is now being reconsidered <br /> by NCDOT, and may not be included in the final plans which <br /> will be reviewed and approved by NCDOT. <br /> A driveway permit from NCDOT will be required prior to <br /> construction of Elizabeth Walters Road. <br /> Soil and Water Conservation <br /> Georgeville silt loam soils are located on the property. <br /> These soils have moderate limitations with regard to <br /> suitability for buildings and septic disposal. <br /> County Attorney <br /> Comments received from the County Attorney are attached, <br /> and have been incorporated as applicable in the attached <br /> Resolution of Approval. <br /> The Planning Board considered the Hannah Creek Preliminary <br /> Plan on October 17, 1994 and recommended approval per the <br /> attached Resolution of Approval. The vote was unanimous. <br />
