Dolly Hunter, <br /> developer, responded that there are hardwoods and <br /> large boulders. Ms. Hunter continued that the <br /> intent is to provide a nature trail along the <br /> stream of packed dirt and gravel. The Erosion <br /> Control Supervisor shall approve the specific <br /> location of the trail prior to its construction. <br /> Upon construction of the trail, the Erosion <br /> Control Officer shall certify that the final <br /> construction is in accordance with acceptable <br /> erosion control practice and in the approved <br /> location. <br /> Reid asked about utilities and the trees along <br /> the private roads. Ms. Hunter responded that all <br /> utilities are to be underground. <br /> MOTION: Burklin moved approval as recommended by the <br /> Planning Staff. Seconded by Jobsis. <br /> Barrows asked about the reference to commercial <br /> purposes in the County Attorney's letter and if <br /> the Planning Board could request a copy of the <br /> covenants. Willis responded yes.
