It is zoned Agricultural <br /> Residential with an overlay district of Back-PW, and <br /> designated Agricultural Residential and Back Creek <br /> Watershed in the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive <br /> Plan. <br /> Land uses in the area include farming and scattered <br /> residential houses. The 1992 traffic count for Harmony <br /> Church Road was 150 trips per day. This count was <br /> taken close to this property just north of Mill Creek <br /> Road (SR 1343) . The tract contains 38.01 acres. Nine <br /> (9) new residential lots are proposed. Lots range in <br /> size from 1.75 acres to 8.0 acres. The average lot <br /> size is 4.2 acres. <br /> A tributary of Back Creek flows through the central <br /> portion of the property. The larger lots are located <br /> in areas that contain the most stream buffer. <br />
