There will not be a homeowners association at Deer Ridge. Deer Ridge will be <br /> developed as a cluster subdivision with the land around the development 12 <br /> developed and maintained as a park with nature trails, The responsibility <br /> for owning and maintaining this land will be given to the non-profit <br /> organization HEARTH Foundation Institute, Family and Community Resource <br /> Center. The homeowners will have perpetual access rights through a lifetime <br /> membership which will run with their lot and through deed restrictions on <br /> the park land, The lifetime membership will be with a division of HEARTH <br /> Institute the Creative Learning Center, which manages the adjacent 25 acres <br /> that HEARTH owns or leases.
