2 <br /> The Planning Board approved the Concept Plan for Wagon <br /> Farm Trails Phases I, II, III and IV with public roads <br /> constructed to State standards on November 15, 1993 . <br /> On October 17, 1994 the Planning Board recommended <br /> approval of the Preliminary Plan for Wagon Farm Trails <br /> Phases I, II, III & IV subject to the conditions <br /> contained in the attached Resolution of Approval. The <br /> vote was unanimous. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan for Wagon Farm Trails Phases I, II, <br /> III & IV subject to the conditions contained in the <br /> attached Resolution of Approval. <br />
