25 <br /> 9.3.2 If promotion results by movement to another <br /> position the candidate must possess the minimum <br /> training and experience for the class. If the <br /> promotion results from the present position <br /> being reclassified to a higher classification, <br /> the employee may be promoted by waiver of the <br /> stated education and experience requirements. <br /> 9.3.3 Any employee in the County service who has <br /> successfully completed the probationary period <br /> may be transferred. An employee interested in a <br /> position listed on a Job Posting List (Article <br /> II Section 2.3) should make such interest known <br /> by completing an Application for Job Posting and <br /> submitting it to the Personnel Department before <br /> the established closing date according to <br /> procedures established in Internal Recruitment. <br /> Lateral Transfers may be initiated by the County <br /> or by the employee. <br /> 9•4 Employees will be provided every reasonable means to <br /> succeed on the job and will be given opportunities to <br /> prepare for full use of all talents and potential.
