Additional records which will be generated by Laidlaw to ensure accurate <br /> bookkeeping include: <br /> Drum tracking sheet (in house) <br /> Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest <br /> Laidlaw Material Profile Sheet - for wastes in bulk (5-gallons or greater) <br /> Waste Certification/Notification - to meet requirements of F-Solvent, <br /> California and Land Ban requirements. <br /> TC Rule Certification/Recertification to meet the TCLP Rule requirements. <br /> Certificates of Disposal attesting that waste has been properly disposed of. <br /> Individual documentation will be submitted to each local government based on its respective <br /> collections. <br /> 2. Safety Considerations <br /> Enclosed in the Attachments section of this Proposal is an example of Health and Safety <br /> procedures used for HHW collection programs. If awarded this contract, Laidlaw will <br /> provide Triangle Solid Waste Planners Committee with specific site safety and emergency <br /> plans for the collection locations, individually modified, based on the site plans, geographic <br /> locations, and the specific needs of each site. <br /> 3. Shared Liability <br /> 'I'RSWPC does not need to be concerned with risks associated with combining HHW <br /> shipments from two or more jurisdictions by consolidating loads for transport to disposal <br /> facilities. If Laidlaw transports or arranges for transportation of the waste to a Laidlaw <br /> facility or a disposal facility chosen by Laidlaw and provided the waste meets the waste <br /> description, is properly packaged, coded, marked and labeled, title and risk of loss, with <br /> respect to the waste, shall pass from the Customer to Laidlaw at the time the waste is <br /> Laidlaw Environmental Services <br />
