Clean Harbors - represented by Geoff Myers <br /> Qi What jurisdictions will be responsible for the first four permanent facilities? <br /> A: (1) Orange Landfill Owners Group - (Town of Chapel Hill, Town of Carrboro, <br /> County of Orange) - contact Blair Pollock (919) 968-2796 <br /> (2) County of Chatham - contact Matt Young (919) 542-8239 <br /> (3) City of Durham - contact Nancy Clayton (919) 560-4185 <br /> (4) County of Wake - contact Phil Carter (919) 856-6835 <br /> Q: Can the TRSWPC provide a sketch or site map of proposed sites showing buffer areas, <br /> nearest highways, nearest homes, access roads, etc? <br /> A: Yes, TRSWPC will provide this information as an attachment to this Addendum. <br /> Q: 'Did you know that Clean Harbors will only accept generator status when materials are <br /> collected and transported away from the facility? <br /> A: Yes, It is assumed this will be the case for all firms bidding. <br /> ' Q: Explain the request for delineation of liability in the RFP? <br /> A: TRSWPC wishes each Firm to discuss in the RFP the potential risks, if any exist, <br /> associated with combining HI-lW waste shipments from two or more jurisdictions in <br /> an effort to save money by consolidating loads for transport to disposal facilities. <br /> Will the risks outweigh the cost benefits? <br />
