damage or injury to the property of persons used or damage or injury to the <br /> property of persons used or employed on or in connection with the work <br /> contracted for, and of all damage or injury to any person or property wherever <br /> located, resulting from any action, omission, commission or operation under <br /> the contract, or in connection in any way whatsoever with the contracted <br /> work. <br /> B. 1. Worker's Compensation: Coverage to apply for all employees for <br /> statutory limits in compliance with the applicable state and federal <br /> laws. The policy must include employer's liability with a limit of <br /> $100,000 for each accident, $100,000 bodily injury by disease each <br /> employee and $500,000 bodily injury by disease policy limit. <br /> 2. Commercial General Liability: Shall have minimum limits of <br /> $1,000,000 per occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury <br /> liability and property damage liability. This shall include premises <br /> and/or operations, independent contractors, products and/or <br /> completed operations, broad form property damage and explosion, <br /> collapse and underground damage coverage, sudden and accidental <br /> pollution losses, and a contractual liability endorsement. <br /> 3. Business Auto Policy: Shall have minimum limits of $5,000,000 per <br /> occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury liability and property <br /> damage liability. This shall include: owned vehicles, hired and non- <br /> owned vehicles, employee non-ownership, and a MCS-90 endorsement <br /> for hazardous waste material transportation. <br /> 4. Pollution Liability: Shall have minimum limits of $3,000,000 per <br /> occurrence and $6,000,000 aggregate and shall include non sudden <br /> accidental occurrences for contractor landfill. <br /> 5. Environmental Impairment Liability: Shall have minimum limits of <br /> $1,000,000 per occurrence and an annual $2,000,000 aggregate and <br /> shall include sudden accidental occurrences as well as the contractors <br /> off premises liability. <br /> C. Special Requirements: <br /> 1. The local governments will he named as additional insureds on the <br /> Commercial General Liability policy. <br /> 2. Current, valid insurance policies meeting the above requirements shall <br /> he maintained for the duration of the project. Certificates of <br /> insurance on an Accord 255(7/90) or similar form meeting the <br /> required insurance provisions shall he forwarded to the local <br /> 8 <br />
