Box 550 <br /> 336 Fayetteville Street Mall <br /> Raleigh, NC 27602 <br /> A pre-proposal meeting will be held on <br /> nce Room, 100 Park Drive, Research Triangle <br /> Triangle J Council of Governments Con <br /> Park, NC., thirty days prior to the deadline for RFP submittal. <br /> Proposals received after the announced time and date of receipt, by mail or otherwise, will <br /> be returned unopened. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any <br /> way restrain or restrict competition. On the contrary, responsible firms are encouraged to <br /> submit proposals. TRSWPC reserves the right to award in part or in whole, or to reject any <br /> or all proposals. <br /> All Pioposals'submitted shall be submitted in the exact order and format of the Request for <br /> Proposal. Any proposal submitted must be signed by an individual authorized to bind the <br /> Proposer. :All proposals not submitted in the exact order and format of the Request for <br /> Proposal and without authorized signature will be deemed non-responsive and will not be <br /> acceptable. <br /> During the performance of any contract awarded pursuant to this Request for Proposal <br /> (RFP), the Contractor agrees as follows: <br /> A.
