E. Disposal <br /> By submitting this cost proposal LES (TS), Inc. is committing to the TRSWPC for a three year <br /> contract. The unit prices shall remain fixed for the first year of the contract period. <br /> The following prices are unit prices good,for all Sponsors contracting separately with <br /> Laidlaw. If all four counties collectively contract with Laidlaw the unit prices will be further discounted <br /> by ten percent (10%). <br /> Prices include transportation, disposal, supplies and materials, are outlined on the following <br /> chart. <br /> Where consistent with Laws, safety protocols, and the convenience of Sponsors, <br /> LES shall transport and bill for full drums of Waste; in instances where drums <br /> are less than full, Sponsors shall be charged by LES on a gallon or pound basis <br /> if the resulting gallon or pound based price is less than the full drum price. <br />
