Training <br /> Option 1: <br /> Per person pricing - 2-day program $ 375.00 <br /> Option 2: <br /> Daily rate for any group up to 35 maximum $2000.00 <br /> Rate for two-day training up to 35 maximum $4000.00 <br /> Extensive handouts are included in all prices above <br /> Cost Analysis: <br /> For maximum flexibility, Option 1 "Per Person" pricing can be used and the trainer will travel <br /> to each site to train. However, it will be less expensive to take advantage of the Option 2 <br /> "Daily Rate" if a group of 6 or more can be assembled for a single day or a group of 11 or <br /> more can be assembled for two days of training. The daily rate can be used to train several <br /> groups in a single module over a period of time. <br /> 4. On-Site Supervisor (1 person) $ 58.50/hr <br /> Note: 1 aidlaw will train sponsors'employees in the proper identification, handling, segregation <br /> and storage of chemicals received at the permanent collection sites. All training is in <br /> strict accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120. Laidlaw will package, transport and dispose <br /> of all collected wastes periodically at each county's convenience. <br /> B. Labor - Alternate Proposal <br /> Complete "turnkey" staffing for project to include site labor and supervision will be: <br /> Chemist: $53.00 per hour <br /> Supervisor: $58.50 per hour <br /> Any additional tasks such as off-loading, bulking of waste or survey taking will be at the <br /> same hourly rate as a chemist. <br /> Note: Alternate proposal allows for LES personnel to handle all aspects of a permanent <br /> rnllprtinn nrnaram_ <br />
