Appendix #4 <br /> Outline of Services For City of Durham <br /> 1. The City of Durham is requesting complete direction on development and <br /> implementation of permanent household hazardous waste collection <br /> programs, including facility design, construction, and permitting. <br /> 2. The City of Durham will need LES personnel on site for collection days for <br /> the duration of the Agreement. <br /> 3. The City of Durham will need six (6) city personnel trained. <br /> 4. The City of Durham will have two (2) events per month. <br /> 5. LES shall provide one (1) supervisor and two (2) chemists per event. <br /> 6. Future growth of the initial site and addition of any future sites during the <br /> term of this Agreement shall be covered under existing Agreement <br /> conditions. <br /> 7. A schedule of events will be developed annually by the Sponsor; provided, <br /> however, that the Sponsor may amend any such schedule. <br />
