Appendix #2 <br /> Outline of Services for Chatham County <br /> 1. Chatham County is requesting complete involvement on the part of LES in <br /> the design, preparation, construction, and permitting of the site. <br /> 2. Chatham County will need two (2) LES personnel on site per event for the <br /> first year of the program. <br /> 3. Chatham County will need eight (8) county personnel trained over the first <br /> six (6) months of the program. <br /> 4. Chatham County plans to have one (1) event per month. <br /> 5. LES shall provide at least one (1) supervisor and one (1) chemist per event. <br /> 6. Future growth of the initial site and addition of any future sites during the <br /> term of this Agreement shall be covered under existing Agreement <br /> conditions. <br /> 7. A schedule of events will be developed annually by the Sponsor; provided, <br /> however, that the Sponsor may amend any such schedule. <br />
