6 <br /> Chapel Hill High School (Phase II)/Transportation <br /> Center Project <br /> Chapel Hill/Carrboro City Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 64-880—7107 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for the second phase of construction of classrooms and support <br /> areas at Chapel Hill High School. A transportation center will also be constructed with funds <br /> allocated in this project. This project will be financed with proceeds from the Schools'portion of the <br /> one—half cent sales taxes and Public School Building Funds. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget contained <br /> herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from Middle School Project(1991-92) $40,000 <br /> Transfer from School Capital Reserve (1992-93) $425,146 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1993-94) $243,810 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1994-95) $50,000 <br /> Transfer from Chapel Hill High School Capital <br /> Project(1994-95) $4,547 <br /> Total Transfers from Other Funds $763,503 <br /> Public School Building Funds (1993-94) $381,190 <br /> Total Revenue $1,144,693 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Chapel Hill High School(Phase II) $1,144,693 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Chapel Hill High(Phase II)/Transportation Center Capital <br /> Project Ordinances. <br /> Section 6.
