3 <br /> OHS/Stanback Air Conditioning Project <br /> Orange County Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Program Number 64-860-7011 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for air conditioning and electronic HVAC control systems at <br /> Orange High School and A.L.Stanback Middle School. The project will be financed <br /> by 1988 bond proceeds,proceeds from the Schools'portion of the one half cent sales <br /> taxes,and proceeds from completed Orange County Schools capital projects. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from School Capital Reserve Fund(1990-91) $655,000 <br /> Transfer from School Capital Reserve Fund(1991-92) $139,273 <br /> Transfer from School Capital Reserve Fund(1992-93) $1,297,091 <br /> Transfer from Stanford/OHS/Stanback Project(1992-93) $39,654 <br /> Total Transfers from Other Funds $2,131,018 <br /> 1988 Bond Proceeds 810,076 <br /> Total Revenue $2,941,094 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Air Conditioning — OHS and Stanback Project $2,941,094 <br /> Section 5. A portion of the available funds for this project has been transferred to the Orange High School <br /> Renovations. <br /> Section 6. The following amendment is anticipated to complete this transfer: <br /> Transfer to OHS Renovations Project(1993-94) $64,705 <br /> Air Conditioning — OHS and Stanback Project ($64,705) <br /> Section 7. All funds remaining at the completion of this project have been transferred to the C.W.Stanford <br /> Refurbishments Capital Project. <br /> Section 8. The following amendment is anticipated to complete this transfer and close this project: <br /> Transfer to C.W. Stanford Refurbishments Project(1994-95) $68,556 <br /> Air Conditioning — OHS and Stanback Project ($68,556) <br /> Section 9. This ordinance supersedes all previous OHS/Stanback Air Conditioning Capital Project Ordinances <br /> for the Orange County Schools System. <br /> Section 10. This ordinance,originally adopted June 26, 1990,shall be in effect until October 3, 1994. <br /> Section 11.
