The tract is 13 . 83 <br /> acres in size with six (6) lots proposed. A 3 . 00 acre <br /> open space area is proposed. <br /> Access to the lots is proposed from Charlotte Mountain <br /> Road which is an existing Class B private road off New <br /> Sharon Church Road (SR 1538) . In 1992 a traffic count <br /> on New Sharon Church Road indicated 600 trips per day <br /> just south of the intersection with NC 57 . <br /> Lots range in size from 1. 61 acres to 1. 65 acres <br /> outside of the right-of-way. The 'open space will be <br /> located at the front of the subdivision with frontage <br /> on New Sharon Church Road. Each lot will be served by <br /> individual wells and septic tanks. <br />
