The holding <br /> tank and drain field for the existing septic <br /> system are located outside the existing I-1 zone. <br /> This proposal would allow the septic system to be <br /> included in the I-1 zone. The property is in open <br /> field east of the existing industrial building <br /> and small tree growth west of the building with <br /> electrical lines running along the northern <br /> boundary of the property. <br /> The property has direct frontage on NC 86 and <br /> Coleman Loop Road.
