There is one undeveloped PD-I1 zone <br /> at the southwest corner of the intersection. <br /> A portion of the 21-acre tract (3 .948) acres is zoned <br /> Light Industrial (I-1) and contains the existing <br /> building. The remaining property is zoned Agricultural <br /> Residential (AR) . The applicant proposes to rezone the <br /> remaining 17.052 acres from AR to I-1. <br /> The applicant plans to expand to the north of the <br /> existing building and parking area. The holding tank <br /> and drain field for the existing septic system are <br /> located outside the existing I-1 zone. This proposal <br /> would allow the septic system to be included in the I-1 <br /> zone. The property is in open field east of the <br /> existing Industrial building and small tree growth west <br /> of the building with electrical lines running along the <br /> northern boundary of the property. <br />
