Southard Sub-Division <br /> Cheeks Township - Tax Map 11 , Parel 17 <br /> Request for partial width right-of-way on Glisson Drive, <br /> a pre-existing private right-of-way <br /> To Whom It May Concern: <br /> Pursuant to the Orange County Sub-Division regulations section <br /> IV-B-3-c-2, we are requesting a partial width right-of-way for <br /> the above mentioned Glisson Drive. - <br /> Glisson Drive is a Class C road according to the Orange County <br /> Private Road Standards serving 3 lots in the sub-division. The <br /> right-of-way width provided does allow access by the largest <br /> emergency vehicles serving the district . <br /> The existing dwelling on the Doby lot (Will Book 87-E-200) <br /> does not allow the additional 20 feet reqired for the right- <br /> of-way without interfering with the existing building set backs. <br /> As per the attached letter from James Wynn, he is not at this <br /> time in a position to sell the additional right-of-way width <br /> needed. <br /> In conclusion we feel that the partial width right-of-way is <br /> justified in this case. <br /> RespectfulIy, <br /> ' <br /> ^�� � �r <br /> 51‘e -A-• <br /> H.
