Board of Elections located at 110 East King Street in Hillsborough, <br /> North Carolina. <br /> In addition, registration applications will be accepted :.gnd <br /> qualified persons may register at the following places and times : <br /> Carrboro Town Hall, 301 West main Street, Carrboro, North <br /> Carolina, Monday to Friday of each week froi 8 : 30 A.M. to 5: 00 P.M. <br /> Chapel Hill Town Hall, 306 North Columbia Street, Chapel Hill, <br /> North Carolina, Monday to Friday of each week from 8 : 30 A.M. to <br /> 5 : 00 P.M. <br /> Chapel Hill Public Library, 100 Library Drive, Chapel Hill, <br /> North Carolina, daily during Library hours . <br /> Orange County Public Library, 200 West Tryon Street, <br /> Hillsborough, North Carolina, Monday to Friday of each week during <br /> Library hours. <br /> Also, registration applications will be accepted by and <br /> qualified persons may register with the registrars or judges of <br /> elections for the several precincts in the County by appointment, <br /> with special registration commissioners designated by the Orange <br /> County Board of Elections at such times and places as may be <br /> announced by the Orange County Board of Elections and at any <br /> Drivers License Examining Station located in the State of North <br /> Carolina during normal business hours when applying for, renewing <br /> or correcting their driver licenses . <br /> Furthermore, certain persons in the armed forces and their <br /> spouses, certain veterans, certain civilians working with the armed <br /> forces, and members of the Peace Corps may register by mail at any <br /> 5 <br />
