Thereupon, upon motion of Commissioner Insko <br /> seconded by conmiissioner, Willhoit _ , the foregoing resolution <br /> entitled; "RESOLUTION CALLING A SPECIAL BOND REFERENDUM" was <br /> V <br /> passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Commissioners Carey , Gordon , Halkiotis, In.ko and Willhoit <br /> Noes: NONE <br /> I , Beverly A. Blythe, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for <br /> the County of orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the <br /> foregoing is a true copy of so much of the proceedings of said <br /> Board at a regular meeting held on September 6, 1994, as relates in <br /> any way to the holding of a public hearing upon an order <br /> authorizing the issuance of bonds of said county as described in <br /> such proceedings, the adoption of said order and the calling of a <br /> special bond referendum and that said proceedings are recorded in <br /> Minute Book No. 28 of the minutes of said Board, beginning at <br /> page -- and ending at page <br /> I DO HEREBY FURPRER CER'TIITY that I mailed or delivered a <br /> certified copy of the resolution passed by said Board on <br /> September 6, 1994 entitled: "RESOLTJTION CALLING A SPECIAL BOND <br /> REFERENDUM" to the orange County Board of Elections on or before <br /> the third day following the passage of said resolution. <br /> I DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that a schedule of regular <br /> meetings of said Board, in the form attached hereto, has been on <br /> 13 <br />
