mu 1 If <br /> 35 <br /> of Lawrence Road would cause traffic counts to <br /> change rapidly with the large amount of acreage <br /> that could be developed in that area. <br /> Rosemond asked if the size of the Fox Hill Farm <br /> development would have any affect on moving <br /> Baldwin Road farther up on the priority list for <br /> paving. Waddell responded that the Commissioners <br /> could ask and work with NCDOT to try and change <br /> the priority. He noted that is also one of the <br /> duties of the Transportation Subcommittee of the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> MOTION: Barrows moved approval as recommended by the <br /> Planning Staff that access be provided only from <br /> Baldwin Road and with the condition that the <br /> right-of-way for Black Walnut Faint Road shall be <br /> stubbed out to the northern property line and a <br /> temporary cul-de-sac constructed. Seconded by <br /> Brown. <br /> Burklin asked if there is a way to open it up for <br /> the possibility of the extra lots that can be <br /> accommodated still with a short stubout lane. <br /> Waddell responded that it appeared that Black <br /> Walnut Road could continue farther to the south <br /> so that additional lots could be created. Reid <br /> asked if the developer could make that change <br /> without coming back to the Planning Board. Kirk <br /> responded the Planning Board would have to <br /> include that as part of the recommendation. Reid <br /> asked that it be an amendment to the motion. The <br /> first and second to the motion agreed. <br /> VOTE: 9 in favor. <br /> 1 opposed (Waddell - did not agree with the <br /> stubout to the north, there is access for that <br /> property without requiring additional stubout) . <br /> Further discussion indicated a letter from NCDOT <br /> with the information indicated by Mr. Roberts <br /> would be helpful when a Preliminary Plan is <br /> presented. <br /> b. Preliminary Plans <br /> Ilk ( 1) Wyngate Lakes <br /> ( 13 Lots - Hillsborough/Eno Townships) <br /> Presentation by Emily Cameron. <br /> The property is located on the south side of <br /> Interstate 85 on the Hillsborough/Eno Township <br /> line at the western corner of Old NC 10 (SR 1710) <br />
