ORANGE COUNTY C.A.T. PROGRAM <br /> VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> This agreement entered into this 1st day of July , 1994 <br /> by and between the County of Orange <br /> hereinafter referred to as The County i <br /> and Cedar Grove Day Care, Inc. ' <br /> hereinafter referred to as Cedar Grove Day Carer <br /> The purpose of this agreement is to outline the <br /> conditions under which the County <br /> and Cedar Grove Day Care will cooperatively provide <br /> human service transportation to Orange County's elderly, <br /> infirmed, and disadvantaged as a participating member of the <br /> C.A.T. (Coordinated Agency Transportation) system. <br /> SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF Orange County <br /> 1. To lease the following identified vehicles or similar <br /> size at the hours specified: <br /> 1983 Ford Van (CAT 6) 1FTJS35G5DHB87359 1977 Chevrolet2Bus w/lift (CAT 13) <br /> 2 . To provide all insurance, fuel, maintenance repairs and <br /> replacement for each leased vehicle. <br /> SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF Cedar Grove Day Care <br /> 1. To reimburse at the per mile rate of $ .35 for a van or <br /> $.45 per mile for a minibus and $.35, for a passenger <br /> bus, due thirty days after billing. <br /> 2 . To. operate and schedule the use of the leased <br /> vehicle(s) on behalf of human service clients and <br /> approved groups, according to the Orange County <br /> Transportation Board policy and procedures. <br /> 3 . To park all leased vehicles at the CAT parking lot (300 <br /> West Tryon St. , Hillsborough) when not in use. <br /> 4 . To complete all required vehicle operation reports and <br /> submit to the Orange County C.A.T.
