Certificates of Insurance reflecting such coverage must <br /> be furnished to Orange County and shall contain the <br /> provision that Orange County will be given thirty days <br /> written notice of any intent to amend or terminate such <br /> policies by either the Transportation agency or the <br /> insuring company. <br /> SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE C.A.T. PROGRAM <br /> 1 . To assign professional staff within the CAT Program <br /> to administer and coordinate Transportation. <br /> 2 . To provide necessary client information on a client <br /> request form. <br /> 3 .
