If you need this assistance, <br /> please call the Town Manager's Office at 968-2700/TDD prior to the meeting. <br /> Estimated times listed below are intended only as general indications. Citizens are <br /> encouraged to come to the meeting at 7:30 p.m. The Town Council ordinarily <br /> considers items in the order listed and proceeds at a steady pace. As a courtesy to <br /> others, a citizen speaking on an agenda item or making a petition is normally asked <br /> to make comments within a period of three minutes. <br /> Information on many agenda items is available for citizens to review in the Town <br /> Manager's Office in the Town Hall (306 North Columbia Street) and at the <br /> Reference Desk in the Chapel Hill Public Library (100 Library Drive). Citizens may <br /> also obtain copies of agenda materials by calling the Town Manager's Office at 968- <br /> 2743 or 682-8636, ext. 2743. <br /> All Council meetings(except work sessions) are cablecast on Cablevision Channel 13 <br /> and will begin at 7:30 p.m. Meetings are also cablecast on a delayed basis on Durham <br /> Cable Channel 8, generally beginning at 9:00 p.m. on the day following the Council <br /> meeting. This date and time is subject to change, contingent upon scheduling <br /> considerations. <br />
