and tennis courts are available for public use when school is not <br /> in session. <br /> Swim programs are coordinated with the Health Department and <br /> American Red Cross. Emergency Management, Carrboro Recreation <br /> and Parks, and Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation help to provide <br /> services for the larger events such as the egg hunts, Senior <br /> Games, and year round fitness program. Other special services <br /> such as the Canine Frisbee Championship, Fishing Rodeo, and Hog <br /> Day are coordinated with the Health Department, Cooperative <br /> Extension Services and various civic, private clubs, and private <br /> companies. These agencies provide funding, staff, supplies for <br /> these activities. <br /> The Health Department, Sheriff's Department, and Cooperative <br /> Extension Services provide staff for program presentations at <br /> Summer Day Camps. Aging provides vehicles for summer camp <br /> drivers transport children to activity sites; Social Services <br /> provides staff for evaluation of campership process and screening <br /> of applicants for camperships; the Library provides use of <br /> multimedia equipment for camp programs; American Red Cross, <br /> Dispute Settlement Center, NC Botanical Gardens, Rape Crisis and <br /> other outside agencies provide staff for presentations and <br /> demonstrations. <br /> Youth athletics are coordinated with the OC Board of <br /> Education, Carrboro Recreation and Parks, and Hillsborough Youth <br /> Athletic Association.
