Clients are also shared <br /> with DSS, OPC Mental Health, Sheaffer House and the schools. <br /> The Maternal Clinic provides services to pregnant and <br /> postpartum women. Physical exams, counseling and referral, <br /> nutrition and child birth education, WIC services and social <br /> assistance are available. Client services are coordinated with <br /> DSS, UNC Hospitals, OPC Mental Health, both school systems, OCIM, <br /> InterFaith Council, the Coalition for Battered Women, and other <br /> community agencies serving this client population. <br /> Maternity Care Coordination and Maternal Outreach are <br /> provided to qualified prenatal clients. Services are coordinated <br /> with the above agencies. In this program, Health Department <br /> staff provides services to clients at UNC Hospitals and OCCHS. <br /> The purpose of this program is to ensure that the non-medical <br /> needs of the woman and her family are met. <br /> The Kellogg Project a community based health initiative <br /> provides joint programs with JOCCA, UNC School of Public Health, <br /> OCCHS, Efland development Association, and Perry Hills Homeowners <br /> Association. Clients are shared with these agencies and <br /> Recreation and Parks Department. <br /> Orange County Housing and Community Development Department <br /> The Orange County Housing and Community Development <br /> Department administers the N.C.
