OCHCD assists in obtaining funding for some <br /> Habitat projects. <br /> Habitat for Humanity refers clients to (as well as receives <br /> referrals from) InterFaith Council, Orange Community Housing, <br /> Housing and Community Development, and Consumer Credit Counseling <br /> Services. Habitat also provides volunteers to other agencies for <br /> construction projects. <br /> Home Health Agency <br /> Home Health Agency provides home care to indigent patients. <br /> This service enables those individuals to live in their homes and <br /> communities despite changes in health or functional ability. The <br /> agency provides intermittent care, private duty care, and hospice <br /> care.
