subsequently sold to qualified buyers at no interest and with a <br /> low interest mortgage. <br /> Coordination <br /> Habitat works with Consumer Credit Counseling Services to <br /> provide counseling for the buyers of their homes. CCCS also <br /> helps in determining eligibility of the buyers and monthly <br /> mortgage payments. Buyers are required to attend at least two <br /> sessions. Families with income exceeding eligibility for Habitat <br /> Housing are referred to Orange Community Housing for assistance. <br /> Referrals are also made to Orange County Housing and Community <br /> Development (OCHCD) . OCHCD assists in obtaining funding for some <br /> Habitat projects. <br /> Habitat for Humanity refers clients to (as well as receives <br /> referrals from) InterFaith Council, Orange Community Housing, <br /> Housing and Community Development, and Consumer Credit Counseling <br /> Services. Habitat also provides volunteers to other agencies for <br /> construction projects. <br /> Home Health Agency <br /> Home Health Agency provides home care to indigent patients. <br /> This service enables those individuals to live in their homes and <br /> communities despite changes in health or functional ability. The <br /> agency provides intermittent care, private duty care, and hospice <br /> care. Services include: skilled nursing, medical social work, <br /> physical therapy, speech language pathology, handyman/ramp <br /> specialist, specialty nursing, home health aide, occupational <br /> therapy and companion/homemakers. <br /> -9- <br />
