As defined for the purpose of this report, <br /> coordination refers to two or more agencies working together to <br /> meet the needs of the client. This coordination may include, but <br /> is not limited to: referrals, joint programs, and working <br /> cooperatively with clients. <br /> This report is documentation of the coordination efforts in <br /> Orange County. Relationships included in this report are <br /> highlighted to demonstrate the extent of coordination of each <br /> agency. A description of each agency, as well as a summary of <br /> its program/services is provided. A chart illustrating they <br /> inter-agency relationships is also included as Appendix I. <br /> -iv- <br />
