Carey : <br /> Attached is an approved revised encroachment agreement , which <br /> now lists Orange County as the Second Party , and a set of <br /> plans , for the subject sewer line installation along SR 1718 . <br /> This encroachment agreement supersedes the original <br /> encroachment agreement approved May 9 , 1994 , by only <br /> replacing the Piney Mountain Homeowners Association as the <br /> Second Party . <br /> All conditions and requirements as established by the <br /> Department of Transportation with the approval of the <br /> original encroachment are still applicable . <br /> If you have any questions , do not hesitate to contact this <br /> office . <br /> Sincerely , <br /> /1-4..- <br /> J .
