In order to complete the grant closeout <br /> process, the N.C. Department of Commerce requires that a public <br /> hearing be held prior to official closeout of the CDBG Program <br /> to assess the performance of the County and non-profit <br /> corporation - Culbreth Park Community Development Corporation - <br /> in administering the grant program. <br /> Therefore, the Housing and Community Development Staff is <br /> requesting that October 18, 1994 be established as the public <br /> hearing date to receive citizen comments prior to grant <br /> closeout. <br /> Notices will be published in the appropriate news media. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The Manager recommends that the Board establish October 18, 1994 as the <br /> public hearing date to receive citizen comments prior to official <br /> closeout of the Culbreth Park Interim Assistance (CDBG) Program. <br />
