lateral, located on any lot, but the same shall be maintained, <br /> installed, operated, and replaced in accordance with OWASA's <br /> standards and approval by the owner of the lot served by such <br /> system or lateral . In the event any repair is not made as directed <br /> by OWASA, OWASA shall have the right, after reasonable notice to <br /> the customer, to effect such repair and add the cost thereof to the <br /> next invoice of such customer, and to terminate the service to such <br /> lot if the same is not paid. <br /> 7 . The ASSOCIATION has or will contract with Colonial <br /> Engineering, Inc . (hereafter "Colonial" ) to be the Subdivision <br /> wastewater system engineer for: ( 1) professional services incident <br /> to the construction of the Subdivision wastewater system; and, (2 ) <br /> the application by the COUNTY for a State Grant. The ASSOCIATION <br /> hereby assigns to OWASA its contract with Colonial and covenants <br /> and warrants to OWASA that that contract is assignable to OWASA and <br /> that Colonial in all and every respect agrees to this assignment. <br /> 8 . The parties acknowledge that upon connection of the <br /> Subdivision wastewater system to the Durham wastewater system, most <br /> of the land now used for drainfield areas or reserved for future <br /> drainfield areas of the existing Subdivision wastewater system will <br /> not be part of or necessary for the Subdivision wastewater system. <br /> The parties further agree that it is desireable for the Association <br /> to assume title to this land since the land is dedicated to the <br /> public for open space or recreation area under the Orange County <br /> Zoning Ordinances . To this end, the Association agrees that it <br /> shall seek to obtain title to this land, although nothing in this <br /> 8 <br />
