Lot 14 of the <br /> Piney Mountain Subdivision is not now connected to the existing <br /> Subdivision wastewater system but is served by an individual septic <br /> tank. That lot may be served by the sewer main and related <br /> facilities upon approval by OWASA and the satisfaction of any <br /> assessment obligation prescribed by the Piney Mountain Homeowners <br /> Association. <br /> 3 .
