So as to be able to <br /> attend the twelfth annual national celebration in Washington, the <br /> Raleigh/Durham Minority Business Development Center (MBDC) will be <br /> observing the local celebration during the week of October 3-7 . The <br /> MBDC has requested that the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> consider proclaiming that week as Minority Enterprise Development Week <br /> in Orange County. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve the proclamation. <br />
