Low and Moderate Income Housin-/Mobile Home Standards (Current <br /> Planning/Comprehensive Planning/Special Projects) includes study of <br /> low and moderate income housing availability, including availability <br /> of single family housing for low income citizens. <br /> COMMENTS <br /> Barry Jacobs indicated that any additional costs passed onto the <br /> developer is added to the cost of the home. <br /> 11. Development Impact Statement and Impact Fees/Fiscal Impact <br /> Analysis/Public I Facilities Ordinance (Current Planning/Comprehensive <br /> Planning/Special Projects) Includes a method to determine overall <br /> impact of the set of development proposals being considered, <br /> especially the impact on the infrastructure such as the roads, water <br /> and sewer, and other public services. Incorporates this method into <br /> zoning ordinance <br />
