Fee schedules needed to be revaluated to see if they .are self supporting. . Collins further noted he felt the Fiscal Impact ' Analysis System' . was', important in regard. to the ' long range.impact on the County. as far as schools, • water and sewer systems and. the cost- and benefits to the county. . He noted the twelve elements carried over from s. 1984-85 work program should be cleared out first, a •due to -the fact that some of these elements were carry-overs from previous budget years.
