Fee schedules needed to <br /> be revaluated to see if they .are self supporting. . <br /> Collins further noted he felt the Fiscal Impact ' <br /> Analysis System' . was', important in regard. to the ' <br /> long range.impact on the County. as far as schools, <br /> • water and sewer systems and. the cost- and benefits <br /> to the county. <br /> . He noted the twelve elements carried over from <br /> s. 1984-85 work program should be cleared out first, <br /> a •due to -the fact that some of these elements were <br /> carry-overs from previous budget years. <br /> The elements of the 1985-86 work program that he <br /> would stress are as follows: • <br /> Thoroughfare Plan • <br /> - <br /> • Prezoning Issue <br /> ..- (the•. design standards and unified land use code are <br /> involved in this issue) . <br /> - Land Use Information System <br /> .
