each lot, parcel or tract of land assessed, the terms of payment and the name of <br /> the owner of each lot, parcel, or tract as far as can be ascertained from the <br /> County tax records. <br /> After the preliminary assessment roll is completed, it shall be filed in <br /> the office of the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners, there to be available for <br /> public inspection until a public hearing is held on the said preliminary assessment <br /> roll. <br /> A public hearing on the preliminary assessment roll shall be held on <br /> January 19, 1982 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., during the regular meeting of the Board of <br /> Commissioners of Orange County, Orange County Courthouse, Hillsborough, North <br /> Carolina. <br /> The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to cause a notice of the public hearing to be given by publication one <br /> time, not less than Ten (10) days prior to January 19, 1982, the date set for the <br /> hearing, in a newspaper having a general circulation in Orange County.
