There was no city tax <br /> charged on that bill. The other lease is for a 1979 Olds. Cutlass, serial <br /> #3M47F9G438507. This lease was listed in January 1980 along with all of <br /> our other property. Unfortunatly, we were charged Chapel Hill city taxes <br /> for this Oldsmobile in error, since our lessee resides at Rt. 2, Box 9, <br /> Chapel Hill, NC. The value on this vehicle in 1980 was $5,025. The Chapel <br /> Hill city tax rate was $1.315/$100.
