The amount of dirt is an <br /> estimate given Mr. Karres by a contractor. <br /> If this part of land was split off to be sold for another <br /> use it wouild then have severe access problems for commerical <br /> development. <br /> I wopld therefore conclude that one half of this land should <br /> have a 25 minus adjustment to do that I would give the total <br /> tract a'AinusiaAjustment for topographical and location. <br /> Impact; This action would make the value of lot 6 $1,347,576 and the value <br /> of lot 9A $38,203. <br />
