These <br /> are JOCCA oWned and leased to the Dept. on Aging. Two others are <br /> owned by the Dept. on Aging. The attached lease is to continue <br /> use of the vans from JOCCA with the County paying the cost of <br /> operation, maintenance and insurance. It also is our agreement <br /> to replace the County owned vans that are worn out. <br /> Cost of continuing the lease is $1.00 per year per vehicle for the <br /> three that would be under lease by this agreement. Once the new <br /> replacement vehicles are received, we will have 5 under lease <br /> -from JOCCA as JOCCA is handling acquisition through a grant. Our <br /> support of the grant will be $7,700 plus the cost of any lifts <br /> (approximately $1,000 per lift) . <br /> The vans would be available to JOCCA at times when not in use <br /> by the County. JOCCA would be charged $.29 per mile for this. <br /> Eva?ACT: Funds are budgeted under Department of Aging for the lease and <br /> replacement vehicles (up to $10,500) . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approve the attached agreement. <br />
