The method of handling any income contributions to the servl <br /> should also be outlined. <br /> Area Covered: Orange County <br /> Method of Delivery : <br /> Oran •e Count Department on A . in • will use Title III funds to support <br /> Information and Referral receptionist (32 hours ) at its Chapel Hill of <br /> and a parttime I & R receptionist (8 hours ) , who serves as the Senior <br /> Citizens Activity coordinator, at the Northern Orange Senior Center. <br /> Along with backup assistance from the Department on Aging Director (8 <br /> for various cases , its service will involve the giving of information , <br /> referral , short-term counseling , And follow-up when necessary . Two se <br /> workers under Title V will be used as receptionists in the giving of s <br /> information . Special efforts will be made to ensure the service is hi <br /> visible and readily accessible for all elderly in Orange County. <br /> • Informational materials and programs will be developed by the Director <br /> volunteers . In addition, the quarterly newsletter will be disseminate, <br /> throughout the county and special information placed in literature hol , <br /> which are located in strategic locations throughout the communities . <br /> Cooperative informal agreements already exist with the Interfaith Count <br /> INFO and the Town of Chapel Hill Department of Human Services . .The <br /> Department. on Aging will con-tinue to sponsor the printing of Problemso1 <br /> A Guide to Services and 0• •ortuni ties for Older Adults in Orange Count, <br /> Project Income : <br /> Service participants will be allowed to contribute to the program in a <br /> way that will ensure the confidentiality of the contributor.
