C. <br /> 27278 <br /> FLORA Gmuurrr, Cbremen <br /> NoamAN WAD= <br /> RICHARD WHIT= <br /> NORMAN GUSTAVESON <br /> JAN P1NNRY <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: The Board <br /> FROM: The Clerk <br /> RE: Appointments; Agenda attachment <br /> DATE: December 2, 1981 <br /> A) Southern Triangle Fire District-Board of Trustees: The Board <br /> at its meeting of November 17 , set the number of trustees at five <br /> and asked the Clerk to advertise the vacancies and to contact Mr. <br /> Allen Steckler, a member of the original organizing committee of <br /> this district, for suggestions also. The Board has been advertised <br /> and Mr. Steckler has submitted four names for Board consideration. <br /> All have been contacted and are willing to serve as a Trustee. They <br /> are: P. Geoffrey Feiss; 101 Hunter Hill Place, CH <br /> Bobby Spaugh; Box 647 Old Lystra Road, Route 7, CH <br /> John Harold; Box 50 Wave Road, Route 7 , CH <br /> Barbara Steckler; 280 Hillside Drive, CH <br /> I hope to have the resumes by the meeting on Monday. <br /> B) Personnel Advisory Board: At its meeting of August 3, 1981, the <br /> Board of Commissioners set the membership of this Board at three, re- <br /> serving the right to enlarge it at a later date. I have advertised <br /> this Board, as directed. At a subsequent meeting, the Board asked <br /> that I return this Board's vacancies to it for consideration on each <br /> subsequent agenda until the Commissioners have made a decision. I <br /> have attached three resumes. I have also attached the memorandum <br /> written to the Board by the Personnel Director on July 7 regarding <br /> the composition and duties of the Personnel Advisory Board. <br /> C) Orange County Board of Adjustment: Alternate delegate . The Board <br /> appointed Mr. Pattishaw, the previous alternate delegate, to the member's <br /> seat. I have received one resume" for this Board and it is attached. <br /> D) Energy Commission: One-at-large vacancy. I have advertised this <br /> vacancy also. <br /> E) Commission for Women: There is one vacancy from Cedar Grove <br /> and three at-large vacancies. It has also been advertised. <br /> F) Senior Citizens Board: One vacancy due to the resignation of <br /> Commissioner Walker <br />
