The water and sewer system should be approved by the Town of <br /> Hillsborough before _Final Plat approval. <br /> 6. Fire Hydrants should be provided. <br /> 7. L-Turnarounds should be provided in the multi-family parking lots <br /> for fire trucks. <br /> 8. A grafting station should be provided at the end on the eastern <br /> cul-de-sac. <br /> 9.
